Unless you're a seasoned rider like Max Greenfield or Alessandra Ambrosio, taking a SoulCycle class can be rather intimidating. After all, the high-powered indoor cycling craze has a cult-like following, so just about every class is filled with pros that are as competitive as they are fast as lightening. Instead of attempting to match these guys and leaving class with jello legs, SoulCycle invites you to take their acclaimed SOUL101 series, which makes its LA debut next week.
Taking places for three consecutive weeks at both the Santa Monica (2/23, 3/2 and 3/9 at 2pm) and Beverly Hills (2/26, 3/5 and 3/12 at 7:30pm) studios, the beginners program is led by up to three instructors to ensure every student is catered to. In addition to getting a serious workout in, riders are thoroughly walked through the Soul basics, including bike set-up, choreography and form.
Want in? Book the $85 series package at BH or SaMo here.
