Thanks to social media, New York Fashion Week has gone from a walled-off industry event to a national viewing party. Faced with a wall of screens at every show, Racked journeyed to Tommy Hilfiger's NYFW 'InstaMeet', went backstage at Kenneth Cole and spoke with industry long-timer Mickey Boardman of Paper Magazine to see how the industry is reacting to the glut of social media, and how sites like Instagram might be changing fashion week for the better.
