While South Coast Plaza remains tight-lipped about that potential Uniqlo, they are divulging news on a couple of other additions to their uber luxe directory. In addition to recently unveiling Bottega Veneta's and Van Cleef & Arpels' shiny new spaces, the upscale shopping center's also expected to land Amsterdam-based brand Scotch & Soda and a giant new Zara this spring.
Per a release, Scotch & Soda's SCP boutique will stock their women's, men's, teens' and kids' lines, and will also be the Dutch label's first OC location (they've already got five SoCal stores, including in Venice), slated to open in May. And about those Zara upgrades: The fast fashion retailer's current 9,100-square-foot space will nearly double in size, topping a total of 17,000 square feet when it reopens in June.
Sadly, Costa Mesans will have to head to The Shops at Mission Viejo for their closest Zara fix, as the SCP store will be closed during its massive makeover.
