First the Americana at Brand, then Santa Monica Place, now The Grove—clearly, all good things come in threes for Diane von Furstenberg. If you missed the pricey park-building designer's stunning retrospective earlier this year, head to The Grove tomorrow, when another shoppable mini version of DVF's glorious exhibit debuts in the form of her fourth LA boutique.
The approximately 2,500-square-foot space will offer the designer's full ready-to-wear collection, sportswear, and eveningwear, including her signature, figure-flattering wrap dresses (like the original Bruna dress to the New Julian and many more bestsellers in heritage and new prints). In addition, the shop will carry bags, footwear, sunglasses, and more accessories for a full head-to-toe look. WWD also notes that the Beverly Grove shop will star in the finale of von Furstenberg's E! reality show, House of DVF—maybe a fashion royalty sighting is in store this Saturday?
To toast DVF's new outpost, Eat Sleep Wear blogger Kimberly Pesch will be on hand from 11am to 1pm for a grand opening shopping bash. Expect brunch bites and 20% discount on your purchase; to join the party, shoot an email to email@example.com.
Update: This post has been revised with additional details.
Diane von Furstenberg at The Grove will be open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 10pm, and Sunday from 10am to 8pm.
