Next Valentine's Day will be the last time we'll get to shop for sizzling underpinnings at an LA landmark. After moving from its 59-year-old original flagship to a new space in 2005, iconic lingerie boutique Frederick's of Hollywood is sadly set to close its 6751 Hollywood Boulevard home next year. Apparel News reports that the company has lost its lease and must move out by April 27th.
According to a store staffer, Frederick's is being kicked out to make way for a new hotel in that building, which we're assuming will compete with the Loews hotel at nearby Hollywood & Highland. Whatever the case is, we suggest you pay your respects soon and pick up a corset in the process, because the location is currently hosting a storewide, 30% off clearance closeout.
