If West Hollywood wants to ban fur, does Silver Lake want to nix wool? According to MooShoes and PETA, the answer is a resounding yes. The newish vegan shoe store hailing for New York has just teamed up with the well-known animal rights organization to unveil Moo's #WoolFreeWinter window display.

Team PETA, who happens to live right down the street, tells us the bold display "encourages shoppers to visit to learn how sheep suffer for the wool industry and to discover the many cruelty-free options available, went up just in time for MooShoes' holiday party on Friday, December 12th. Shoppers will be able to check out the window display for themselves through the first week of 2015—the year of the sheep."

Although MooShoes and PETA want you to join their movement out of the goodness of your heart, free stuff always helps. Shoppers who tag relevant Instagram photos with #WoolFreeWinter have a chance to win an unnamed holiday gift from the shoe spot.
