Edgy-luxe bag brand KillSpencer is known for its industrial-inspired leather goods handcrafted in Silver Lake, but this week, the brand's gear is trekking to the other side of town. Starting this Thursday, the LA-based label is setting up shop a few blocks east from the Westside Pavilion with its Satellite Storefront pop-up in West LA.
Holding court at 10545 Pico Boulevard until Tuesday, December 23rd, the 3,000-square-foot retail space will stock designer Spencer Nikosey's full collection of carryalls and athletic accessories, including this baller-friendly indoor hoops kit ($795 to $995), plus a selection of merch from Grant Knits, stylish publisher Taschen, French-inspired fragrance maker Maison Louis Marie, and more. In addition, the pop-up will be tricked out with an art installation by Cyrcle and a mini basketball court for quick mid-spree games (see it in action here, complete with a blogstar cameo).
To toast its holiday temp shop, the brand's throwing a grand opening bash this Thursday, December 4th from 7 to 10pm. Shoppers will enjoy gratis drinks and bites, live beats by KCRW DJ Jeremy Sole, and more; plus score 15% off your purchase during the soiree.
Kill Spencer Satellite Storefront is open 11am to 6pm from Friday, December 5th to Sunday, December 7th; Friday, December 12th to Sunday, December 14th; and Friday, December 19th to Tuesday, December 23rd.
