Java junkies and fashionable fitness fiends have much to love about that new Melrose District development, currently home to Alfred, in the Alley, Alice+Olivia's relocated flagship and L'Agent by Agent Provocateur's soon-to-open lingerie haven. As we revealed earlier this year, Madonna-backed Cycle House was planning on pedaling over to the mixed-use complex at Melrose Avenue—and its new-and-improved sweat sanctuary has debuted next door to Alfred's stylish alleyway café on Monday.
Landing at 1,000 square feet, the indoor cycling studio boasts a tricked-out cycling room with LED lighting, stadium-style seating, and 60 stationary bicycles; plus deluxe locker rooms and showers, a "selfie station" for pre- and post-workout snaps, and even USB and power outlets to keep tech-obsessed riders charged. Like Cycle House 1.0, the new fitness spot houses an outdoor terrace lounge, amenities like alkaline-filtered agua, validated parking, and a boutique stocked with its own stylish gear and more.
Bike seshes can be booked right this minute here; in addition, Cycle House is counting down to 2015 with a social media challenge. Now through January 1st, 2015, ride 22 times or tag your snaps with the hashtag #CH45FitDays for a chance to score exclusive swag and prizes.
