Kiehl's loves a collaboration, having enlisted plenty of celebs, street artists and singers in the past. This newest project is particularly cool because, besides benefitting a great cause, Kiehl's will also host a party open to the public at their Robertson Blvd store, this Thursday October 23rd.
Kiehl's has teamed up with artist, Andy Warhol collaborator and loyal fan of the brand, Christopher Makos, for an in-store photography exhibit and online auction benefitting the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
The store will house a photo exhibit with prints and images by Makos that also emblazon the limited edition bottles of Kiehl's Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion he worked on especially for the brand to celebrate the product's 50th anniversary. Guests can bid on a selection of exclusive and limited edition silkscreens by Makos, all inspired by Kiehl's, during an accompanying online auction as well as purchase one of 100 Limited Edition, signed and numbered "Blue Heaven" silkscreen on museum board or one of two acrylic on canvas paintings, from this collaboration at gavelandgrand.com/auctions/kiehlsocrf with 100 percent of the sales will going to OCRF.
Fans of Kiehl's and Makos can stop by the Robertson Blvd store this Thursday between 5:30 pm and 7:00pm to meet the artist in person, enjoy the exhibit, make a bid and enjoy a complimentary Lip Balm #1 with with any Healthy Skin Consultation.
