DT Flea x Chinese New Year; Bloomingdale's Beauty Showcase

DOWNTOWN/CHINATOWN—Lest you forget, the Downtown LA Flea is going down every Sunday. This weekend, though, to celebrate Chinese New Year the flea market is happening both Saturday and Sunday during Chinatown's festival. On Saturday, find the market at 727 N Hill St (10am-5pm) and at Central Plaza at 943-951 N Broadway in Chinatown (11am-8pm). The market will hold court at Central Plaza on Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Admission will be free and Naked Juice samples will be handed out to shoppers. [Racked Inbox]

CENTURY CITYBloomingdale's Century City is hosting a "New Year, New You" cosmetics trend presentation this Saturday, February 1 from 1 to 2pm. Beauty stylist Harvey Helms will host the event while guests sip drinks, nosh on small bites, enjoy chair massages, and more. A $25 reservation fee will go toward a beauty purchase.
