Is NYC-based brand Oak—known for its edgy, monochromatic basics—warming up to the rest of the Pantone palette? The American Apparel owned apparel label has signed the dotted line with another colorful compadre, and they've secured coordinates for their LA flagship at none other than Tarina Tarantino's Sparkle Factory in Downtown.
As Downtown Examiner reveals, Oak will occupy a ground floor space inside the pink-haired jewelry designer's soon-to-open creative hub in the historic theatre district, smack dab in the middle of all the Ace Hotel and Acne action. Still no word yet on Oak's exact opening date; stay tuned for more.
