Welcome to Racked's Fitness Week: five days of workout coverage, so that you can start your New Year's resolutions off right.

Seeing as celebrities are routinely snapped from the streets to the red carpet, it's no wonder they're constantly hitting the gym to stay in spotlight-ready shape. While it seems not everyone's as willing to set up their own in-home studio like Marc Jacobs' latest muse, there are plenty of stars who still maintain their gym rat ways after becoming big names, like actress and newbie athletic wear designer Kate Hudson.

The Good People star was spotted New Year's Eve leaving a gym in Brentwood, presumably sporting Fabletics head-to-toe. Though tabloid rags have yet to ID the place, we assume it's the studio of Hudson's longtime Pilates instructor, Nicole Stewart, who's been keeping the actress' bod long and lean for over 15 years. In an interview last summer, the fitness guru revealed to Shape magazine that the star's workout routine involves "Pilates for an hour, three times a week [...] We always combine cardio—like a mile run—before a Pilates class. On off days, she'll meet me for yoga or a spin class."

· Ballet Bodies (8376 Beverly Blvd): "Even though Taylor Swift picked singing over becoming a ballerina long ago, she continues to dance as a hobby—and effective workout method: She was photographed this week leaving the Los Angeles-based Ballet Bodies studio." [Starcasm]
