30-year-old Silver Lake artist Mark Rubenstein has spent the last ten years killing it in the photo industry. A favorite in the fashion world, he's shadowed everyone from famed duo Mert & Marcus and spent the last five years working with Marc Jacobs. (His post card series for the designer's Bookmarc store was a huge hit.) A master at capturing light, Rubenstein has just released a limited-edition, 100-copy photo book called Gone By Dawn that's available now at Opening Ceremony LA and Hemingway & Pickett.

"I've been around some of the most influential people and it's really had a huge effect on me," the artist tells us. "Now older and doing more editorial, my years of being in fashion has influenced the work I produce." Perks of being on big-name shoots include connecting with rising models like "Blurred Lines" star Em Rata and Racked favorite Leore Hayon who's featured in his new tome.

Catch more of Rubenstein's work here (warning: some images are NSFW) and pick up Gone By Dawn today.
