New Shop Gratus Graces Beverly Hills with Cult-Cool Threads

Across the street from new, hip nail salon Olive & June is a new, hip boutique called Gratus, which opens its doors today. Located on the second floor of a North Canon Drive building that also hosts William A Karges Fine Arts, the store is an anti-Rodeo Drive of sorts, offering Beverly Hills shoppers access to contemporary designers you'd seldom find on the ritzy stretch.

Current highlights include Suno printed tops, Gregory Parkinson lace coats, Calvin Rucker boyfriend jeans, Ronald Pineau jeweled belts, Marni metallic bags and jeweled sandals, DSquared printed jackets and Band of Outsiders tuxedo suits. Need help putting it all together? Gratus' personal stylists can work with you in-store, logging all purchases to inform future buys. If you're on a time crunch, they can also send a selection of looks to your home/office on consignment.

"Gratus is how I envision shopping in LA should be," explains owner Meredith Kaplan. "When women walk into Gratus I want them to feel like they are walking into their best friend's closet, not just another store. Building relationships with and creating a unique shopping experience for our customers is extremely important to me."
