Do you hear that? It's the sound of fireworks, trumpets and vuvuzelas blasting in unison to announce this very news: The Racked Awards are back! On Thursday, October 10th, our third annual gala celebration is taking place in NYC, where we'll toast our country's best and brightest retail rockstars

Before LA's winners can be determined, we'll need your help voting on three crucial categories, starting with Best New Store. This year alone we've seen an incredible amount of shopping options crop up that cater to a variety of budgets, from aspirational Céline on Rodeo to artisanal Left House on Abbot Kinney.

There's also equally cult-followed Isabel Marant on Melrose Place. And we mustn't forget giants like spacious Topshop Topman at The Grove and magical Urban Outfitters in Malibu. Ready? You have 24 hours to cast your vote below.
