HOLLYWOOD—The Los Angeles Fashion Council's Open Runway part three is happening tomorrow evening at Couture (1640 N Cahuenga Blvd). Just like last time, a round of emerging designers will showcase their best looks and the public will vote for their favorite (via LAFC's Facebook page) who will then move on to compete in the finale next month. This round of talent includes Amabelle Aguiluz, Noelle Nicole Collection, B.YellowTail, Sky Lim and Certified Creation.
