While Mr. Kate's fall is a mix of whimsy and weird, Myne's interpretation of the season is a blend of sleek and street. Designer Ashley Ann sent a brave model to the gritty rooftops of Downtown's Fashion District to flaunt the collection of party-perfect dresses, separates and outerwear.

Although the range is slowly making its way online here and here, we've already nailed down our favorites. Top picks include the Georgia high-neck maxi above, this sporty-cool sweatshirt ($87) and yes, Kim K's fave Heidi dress in black ($280).

Scan the complete lookbook here and watch Myne's e-shop like a hawk as new styles trickle in.
