LA BREA AVE—We love LA and so does Weekend Lovers. Professing their love for the city and its local talent, the retail shop collaborated with L+A to host a month-long pop up shop called WL Loves LA, which will feature items by LA designers all crafted right here in our backyard. CULVER CITY—The Taylor De Cordova Gallery at 6021 Washington Blvd is hosting a trunk show tomorrow from 4 to 7pm featuring Argentina-born, Mexico-based fashion designer Carolina K. Equipped with sangrias, the shopping event will feature the designer's collection of dresses, skirts, leggings, ponchos and knits as well home decor pieces. [Racked Inbox]

MALIBU—Don't forget about Urban Outfitters and Converse's "Live in the Lot" concert tomorrow at UO's brand new magical mecca. As mentioned, the major party starts at noon and will run through 5pm featuring performances by LA-based bands Bleached and Dum Dum Girls, free booze and plenty of food truck grub. Plus, the Converse pop-up tent will be open in case you need a new pair of the cult-classic kicks. [Racked Inbox]

MELROSE AVE—More pop up action happening this weekend over on Melrose. Put together by Access Custom Jets and high-end luxury boutique Fizzm, the Jet pop up will feature limited edition jet-inspired goods from around the world including aviator-style headphones, watches, travel bags, neck pillows and more. The shop will be open on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8pm at 7568 Melrose Ave and items can also be purchased online here. [Racked Inbox]
