Shoes and accessories shopping sites JustFab and ShoeDazzle have merged, making them the LA's biggest e-commerce company. Fashion trade pub WWD reports JustFab acquired ShoeDazzle for an undisclosed sum, closing out a deal that's been four years in the making. Both sites will continue to steer their own ships and keep their branding, and ShoeDazzle will move into JustFab's 700,000-square-foot space in El Segundo. The pair are expected to rake in a cool $400 million in 2014. [WWD; Previously; Previously]
