Shoes and accessories shopping sites JustFab and ShoeDazzle have merged, making them the LA's biggest e-commerce company. Fashion trade pub WWD reports JustFab acquired ShoeDazzle for an undisclosed sum, closing out a deal that's been four years in the making.
