A lot has happened in the past 24 months for Stylehaüs. After scoring a prime spot on Melrose Place in late 2011, the styling boutique swiftly scooped a residency at the Mondrian hotel in early 2012. This was followed by a move-on-up to Arcade's former space on Melrose Ave. Soon after, The Grove tapped founder Marina Monroe to become the shopping center's Executive Style Director, complete with a shiny showroom on the first floor. All of this and more was celebrated at Sofitel Los Angeles this week.
In the same vein of last year's anniversary bash, on Wednesday Stylehaüs hosted a starry night of festivities that featured a full-fledged fashion show. Looks were served by New Zealand designer Andrea Moore, who made her US debut that evening with a sweet assortment of show-stopping prints.
Although Monroe's fans like Paris Hilton and Martha Stewart didn't make the event, she was joined by loyal clients like Kym Johnson of Dancing With the Stars, who looked on as partygoers received quirky style appraisals from New York performance artists The Bumbys. We can't wait to see what big news Monroe and co. will be celebrating by year three.
