Holy gentrification, guys! On the heels of Silver Lake scoring its very own Whole Foods, our sister site Curbed LA reveals that a 42,000-square-foot store is set to open in DTLA at 8th and Grand in 2015.
"We've been looking for the right space for close to 10 years as we know that access to natural and organic foods in this neighborhood has been challenging," a rep explains. Downtown News adds that the fresh food mecca is "expected to create 200 jobs."
First an epic flea, then a weekend's worth of activities, now this. In the words of Miley, Downtown just can't stop.
