Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Cat ears are still a thing right now, and we definitely spotted plenty of pairs at last weekend's Anime Expo. Mix this feline fashion trend with the DIY aesthetic that many brands are championing (see: Made Eyewear) and you get Revé, a new avant-garde eyewear line.

Designed by FIDM grad and model René Chu (who splits her time between LA and Hong Kong), the sassy shades come in a variety of frame styles, colors and lenses. Take your pick between detachable cat ears or talons, or you can ditch the add-ons for a decidedly more tame look.

So far, Parisian tastemaker go-to boutique Colette is the sole stockist of the unique sunglasses, which cost $320 a pop. Got the loose change? Scope out your options and head over to Revé's online shop here.
