The customer is always right, indeed. After reporting that Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills' beloved eatery was set to shutter on August 17th in the wake of a third floor remodel, WWD reveals that an online petition powered by customers has prompted the luxury department store to backtrack on the plan.
"The customers let us know loud, vociferously and passionately that they really loved it, so I was glad we were able to go back and find a way to incorporate it," NM's Ginger Reeder tells the trade pub. Although Fresh Market is still set to close during the remodel, you can be sure that the hot spot will be back to satiate shoppers shortly.
