Band of Outsiders' Scott Sternberg to Talk Fashion, Food in LA

Brilliant Band of Outsiders creative director Scott Sternsberg has a knack for always keeping us on our toes. (Snap Josh Brolin for a Wild West shoot? Check.) Next week, the designer is sitting down with friend and fashion journalist Kevin West at the Hammer Museum in Westwood to dish on two of LA's favorite things: fashion and food.

Taking place at 7:30pm on Tuesday, August 6th, the two industry insiders—who recently joined forces to toast West's latest title, Saving the Season: A Cook's Guide to Home Canning, Pickling and Preserving—will chat about how the two topics are intertwined, no doubt guaranteeing some great food for thought at the free, open-to-the-public event.

Hungry to hear the brain-stimulating convo? Tickets are one per person and on a first-come, first-served basis, so claim your seat stat by visiting the museum's box office (10899 Wilshire Boulevard). Early arrival is suggested the day of the event to nab the best spot, and parking will be available at the museum's underground lot for $3 after 6pm.
