LA super stylist Cher Coulter sure knows how to keep busy. In between dressing famous faces like Kate Bosworth, Nicole Richie, Elizabeth Olsen and Rosie Huntington-Whitley, the British expat still manages to find time designing baubles for JewelMint (which she co-founded with Bosworth), creating a capsule collection with AG Jeans (and getting a little promo help from her friends) and styling stellar editorials. (Phew!)
The present could have turned out much differently for Coulter, who impulsively moved to LA in 2003. The celebrity stylist recently had a chat with the Daily Front Row and admitted she originally wanted to work for—get this—SoCal surf brand Roxy. "That's how I saw California—surfing and living by the beach," Coulter tells the site. "But now, 10 years later, it's like a land for fashion!"
The English fashion insider also revealed the one thing she keeps handy at all times. "A hole puncher! So like if a shoe doesn't fit or a belt's too big, it does it right there. It's the best!" Future stylists, get ready to hit your local craft store stat.
