Corey Lynn Calter Wants You to Shop for a Cause This Weekend

While the majority of this weekend's slew of sales focus on benefitting your wardrobe, there's one event that grants good karma, too. This Sunday in Silver Laker, designer Corey Lynn Calter is hosting LA Family School's annual sample sale benefit, and she's bringing along a few friends.

Taking place at 2646 Griffith Park Blvd from 12 to 5pm, shoppers can expect one-of-a-kind items and current season merchandise from CLC, Rory Beca, Dear Creatures, Curio & Kind and many more. All sale proceeds will be donated to the neighborhood's beloved nonprofit pre-school.

"Personally, I have gotten great deals on fellow designers from the annual LAFS sample sale," Calter tells us. "The event has a fun and easy-going vibe that both adults and kids will enjoy. I'll be showcasing flirty printed dresses, shorts and blouses from spring and summer." There you have it.
