An $8 Candle With The Perfect Summer Scent

For a New Yorker, Target is this crazy mecca of inexpensive everything that you can't actually touch because the lines to check out are so long and everything is always sold out. But because I recently moved, I've been gearing up to hit the big box store for some essentials—as well as the endorphin rush that comes with pushing that enormous red cart. After hours in the store, this little candle was my biggest find.

It's fragrant enough to perfume my living room with a summer-appropriate sweet citrus scent. I haven't actually lit it yet because I don't want to melt away the cool carved detail, but at just eight bucks I know that I can burn, baby, burn and just pick up another one. Though I might opt to order online next time.
