Speaking of Hudson, the've just been acquired by Joe's Jeans. Apparel News reveals that Joe's has inked a deal to buy the brand for $97.6 million in cash. "We are extremely excited about joining forces with Hudson Jeans," Joe's Jeans president Marc Crossman tells us the pub. "Once the acquisition is complete, we expect to nearly double the size of our business, meaningfully increase our international and e-commerce penetration, and enhance our overall prospects for growth."
