In this week's Shareen newsletter (sign up here; it's a must), shop owner and local legend Shareen Mitchell reveals many things. Firstly, she's going to start working out of her W 3rd shop every Sunday to greet and personally assist customers, so stop by to pick her brain. She's also rolling out a fresh batch of fall coats, vests, separates and party dresses at her vintage mecca in DTLA this weekend. Oh, and next week she's hosting a matchmaker shopping party. Wait, what?
On Wednesday, July 17th starting at 6:30pm, stop by Shareen Vintage to meet Kerry Carney, a relationship coach and professional matchmaker that "works with professional matchmaking services at 5,000 dollars a client" and "will address not only how to find 'the one,' but how to recognize the many ways we are busy blocking love from entering our lives." (Surely our weekly shopping habit has nothing to do with it, right?)
Mitchell reveals that this is the first of many events that she has in the works at both her LA and NY locations. Intrigued? Stop by and, as the sign says above, no boys allowed.
