Did You Know American Apparel HQ Employees Get Free Valet?

Besides having first dibs on American Apparel's epic flea market, staffers at the clothing company's 800,000-square-foot DTLA headquarters have another benefit to add to their employee handbook. A Racked tipster tells us that, in response to a major parking lot crisis, complimentary valet parking starts today. The perk applies to both corporate AND factory employees, which is pretty nice considering that there are approximately 4,000 of them.

"Upon entering our parking lot, you will first be directed to the self-parking area," an email to staffers reads. "If you are unable to find a space, then you will be able to take advantage of complimentary valet parking, available Monday - Friday, from 6am - 4pm. We appreciate your help and cooperation during this difficult transition with our parking lot." Wonder if this applies to visitors, too.
