Here's more home decor goodness to get excited about. In addition to that big Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams shop heading to Beverly Hills, this November will mark the opening of Muji's first LA store. Located in Knitting Factory's former 8,600-square-foot space at the Hollywood Galaxy Shopping Center, this location will be the Japanese retailer's official US flagship.

"We are delighted to be opening the US Flagship store in Hollywood, the center of visual entertainment, that attracts millions of people annually from all over the world," Muji USA president Hiroyoshi Azami said in this morning's release. "We look forward to Muji establishing its presence in Los Angeles by bringing Muji's philosophy and products to the residents and visitors in this dynamic district."

Known for crafting game-changing household items and incredible essentials (we're big fans of their foldable umbrellas), Muji is sure to bring a new cool to the boulevard's rather touristy retail offerings. In addition to bestsellers, we hear that Muji's eighth US store will also carry stationaries, apparel and even food. Take a peek at their offerings here for a taste and stay tuned for the official opening date.
