This past Saturday, Urban Outfitters debuted a 10,587-square-foot surplus store at 14608 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. But this isn't just any of the mega retailer's trend-happy shops; this sale consolidation store hosts UO's best sale items throughout the Cali region, and the deals never end.
