Today's pick comes from Racked National editor Kerry Folan.

Women's Beach Line Boat Shoe, $54.99 at Crocs

I like to think of summer as the season of beaches and bikinis, but as the weather gods have been reminding us recently, it is also the season of monsoons and giant puddles. And personally, I find it way harder to dress for a rainy weather in summer, when it's way too hot out for boots and a raincoat, than I do other times of year.

Enter these genius faux boat shoes from Crocs. I know there are people out there who believe that Crocs should only be seen on small children and Mario Batali, but hear me out. They are super comfortable (they're made out of the mysterious, lightweight Croc material), they go with everything, and, unlike leather boat shoes, they don't get soggy and stinky. They're saving my rain-day footwear game this summer—not to mention my closet full of very non-rain-proof leather sandals.
