In addition to unique marketplaces and mindblowing boutiques, Downtown LA is also the place to be for fashionable corporate offices. Just like American Apparel and Guess, Ella Moss and Splendid have their joint headquarters there. In fact, the local lifestyle labels just moved their creative office from South Hill to Alameda Square.

"The completion of the Splendid and Ella Moss space is just the beginning of the revitalization of Alameda Square," explained Evoq Properties CEO Marvin Clavery regarding the area's facelift. "In the coming months, we are looking to bring new tenants that not only will bring new amenities, services and new jobs to the campus, but new life to the community."

Splendid and Ella Moss' 82,000-square-foot digs cover two full floors and house approximately 225 employees. Design touches include large industrial windows, exposed concrete floors and a 6,000-square-foot roof deck and—perhaps the best part—an expanded parking structure that accommodates 450 new spots. 100 staffers remain at the brands' aforementioned finished goods and fabric warehouse on South Hill Street.
