CLAE's spring 2013 range has us dreaming of sunnier days. In addition to fresh updates to some of the LA-based men's brand's most popular styles, such as the classic Bruce and the mid-top Strayhorn Canvas, dudes can also look forward to new, vacation-ready styles, courtesy of the Ellington Canvas in Blue Hawaii and Sage Flower prints ($90).
"Spring/summer 2013 has been about rebirth and renewal," founder and creative director Sung Choi explains. "Redefining our classic silhouettes through innovative features and material play." In addition to new motifs, this season CLAE introduces its featured shoe, Winston in Caribbean suede ($110), which is a classic loafer with a convertible kiltie.
The brand remains focused on comfort and versatility, using premium leathers like suede and vegan leather accents as well as materials like canvas and moisture wicking mesh for breathability. This will ensure that your feet not only beat the summer heat but stay above the style curve, to boot. The collection is available now at eclectic Mid-City boutique Our Favorite Shop (OFS) and online. You can also enter the brand's Instagram contest by May 13th for a chance to win a free pair of kicks.
