Luxe basics favorite Velvet by Graham & Spencer has finally landed its very own flagship shop in Brentwood. The 1,500-square-foot shop opened today and features the Cali label's men's and women's styles (including their limited-edition collab with Victoria's Secret Angel Lily Aldridge, as well as exclusive leather handbags and, for the first time, a line of little girls tees, leggings and dresses. Located adjacent to Brentwood Country Mart in a space formerly inhabited by iconic candy shop Pulp & Hide (the brand's CEO Henry Hirschowitz tells WWD that he used to go there as a kid), Velvet Brentwood's new digs were designed by Johnston Marklee to reflect "an open, airy loft feel complemented by natural light and clean, architectural lines."
This flagship is just one of Velvet by Graham & Spencer's big moves this year. The brand reveals to the trade pub that a second 1,250-square-foot Venice location near Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea will open this August.
