One of Metro's menswear designers to watch hails from LA. To promote the British Fashion Council's latest NewGen Men winners, the UK publication spotlighted the coveted award's previous recipients, which include Shaun Samson, aka the San Diego native behind these zany tops inspired by Mexican blankets.
