BluePrint was one of the first big names in the juicing world, and has steadily built its way up from an online-only cleanse business to a juice (and raw bar) brand that's sold at Whole Foods nationwide. That stands in contrast with the model of current LA juice heavyweight Pressed Juicery, which has gone from a truck to a multitude of kiosks around town.
When the BluePrint ladies were last in town, they hinted to Racked that there were big things coming for the brand. One of those already came to pass when BluePrint was acquired by Hain Celestial Group a few months ago. And another will transpire this summer, when BluePrint opens its very first flagship store on Abbot Kinney in Venice.
Details are slim right now, but an official source confirms that BluePrint founders Zoe Sakoutis and Erica Huss have signed a lease for a brick-and-mortar location at 1422 Abbot Kinney. Stay tuned for more and get a taste for the product this Saturday, when from 11:30am to 2pm, BluePrint reps will be passing out samples near their soon-to-open shop.
