Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If you, too, shed a tear that Fashion's Night Out has been called off until further notice, here's your chance to relive the late-night retail therapy. Next Thursday, from 6 to 9pm, Downtown's Historic Core will is partnering with local businesses to host a night of afterhours shopping and festivities.
The fashion lover's answer to DTLA's Art Walk, Shop Walk will be located between Hill and Main streets on the west and east, and 3rd and 9th streets on the north and south and will feature in-store sales and (booze-fueled) mini-parties at a string of neighborhood boutiques. Foodies can also get their fix via exclusive restaurant deals.
Gather DTLA, 1 Man's Trash, Buttons & Bows and FLEA are just some of the shops getting in on the action. See the full merchant directory here.
