The investigation into Forever 21's labor practices continues. The fast fashion chain has been ordered by a LA judge to turn over documents that name the factories it uses to produce its super-cheap apparel. Federal authorities suspect that the factories might be underpaying their workers and violating overtime rules and regulations. [Apparel News; Previously]
