Rachel Zoe's New York-based blowout salon will open on Valentine's Day. Our sister site Racked NY reveals that the Flatiron location of the LA multi-hyphenate's Dream Dry chain is currently taking appointments. Services range from $20 for a braid to $40 for a wash-massage-blowout deal; big spenders can invest in a $225/month Platinum Membership that secures "six blowouts a month (with the option to purchase more for a little cheaper), 10% off hair products, and invites to exclusive events."
