Fashion insiders' go-to label, Carven, hasn't announced any plans to open a boutique in Los Angeles. But according to a report in today's WWD, the French brand could be popping up soon in Beverly Hills with a shop-in-shop at Saks.
Carven CEO Henri Sebaoun is "in talks" with Saks and Bergdorf about the shops-in-shop move. Though LA isn't explicitly mentioned, Sebaoun does say that he could see the brand opening 15 standalone stores in the US within the next five years, and they certainly can't all be in New York City. According to its website, the brand is currently only available at two LA retailers: Curve and Ron Herman.
