I love to relax at Shape House LA for many reasons. I have been going to the Korean spas for years to treat myself to some 'me time.' Shape House LA is an urban sweat lodge and I love lying in their infrared beds with my comfies on, inspired by the likes of Deepak and Wayne Dyer on my own personal flat screen TV. Getting ride of so much emotional and physical weight is so enlightening. The people working here treat you as though you are a guest in their home, stemming from the owner, Sophie, a visionary and light in her own right. My skin glows, my body is happier, and the best of all, my mind is calm and my heart shines out radiant light.
