After opening its smaller-scale, urban-friendly concept store CityTarget in Westwood and Downtown LA, Target is finally ready to debut a third LA CityTarget at Beverly Connection.
Following a media reception on Tuesday, March 5th, the store will open to the public with a "grand opening" event scheduled for Sunday, March 10th. As always, Target is going all out for the press event. In addition to Bullseye, the retailer's canine mascot, there will be a red carpet and celebrity impersonators (the theme of the evening is "A Night at the Movies").
The store, at 99,000 square feet, is smaller than regular Targets, but by other standards is still ginormous. There's no word if this major change in the Beverly Connection retail collection will affect the cost of parking, but fingers crossed for validation.
