An intimate crowd of West Hollywood's most fashionable Louboutin fans gathered at the recently opened Christian Louboutin Men's boutique to celebrate a special launch of the French footwear house's new "Tattoos to Measure" bespoke embroidery service. The service, which is only available at their Los Angeles, New York, Paris and London locations, allows patrons to order custom-made Louboutins embroidered with images inspired by their very own tattoos.

During a private, in-house consultation at the boutique's "Tattoo Parlor," clients can choose the style, fabrication, color, and one of three embroidery techniques for the tattoo pattern, with varying price points. Images of the tattoo and the custom elements are then sent to Louboutin's studio in Paris, where designers will prepare their "interpretation" of the tattoo for the shoes before they are sent to be crafted in Italy and India. All told, Louboutin budgets three months from start to finish for these custom orders.

Louboutin is also introducing a new men's style, the "Nigel," exclusively for the "Tattoos to Measure" service. And fear not, ladies—the service will also be available in four women's styles: the Rollergirl flat, Louis sneaker, Belle Ankle boot, or Highness pump. Click through our gallery for select styles.
