Aspiring fashion designer and former LA driving scourge Amanda Bynes is moving out of her NYC apartment after being threatened with eviction. According to TMZ, "management made the decision after getting several complaints of marijuana smoke coming from her apartment -- 'morning, noon and night.'" It's unclear if Bynes will move back to LA or continue living and trying to become a designer in NYC. [TMZ]
