If 2013 is the year of North Beverly Drive's French-filled rise, could 2014 be Rodeo Drive's comeback? In addition to welcoming Vera Wang's highly-anticipated 5,500-square-foot shop next month, the luxury retail stretch has also scored two international fashion faves: cool Parisian-based brand Zadig & Voltaire and retrotastic label Dsquared2, both slated to open early next year.
As California Apparel News reveals, Zadig & Voltaire is taking over Lana Marks' 1,100-square-foot space at 465 N Rodeo Dr for their third LA store, while designer twins Dan and Dean Caten of Dsquared2 have nabbed Etro's former 2,200-square-foot digs right next door for their first West Coast standalone boutique. Stay tuned for more.
