If you're looking for incredibly luxe men's and women's basics that double as investment pieces, see James Perse. The LA designer whose dad is Tommy Perse of Maxfield fame practically put pricey tees on the map, enchanting shoppers with his minimalist aesthetic and super-soft fabrics. Now a global favorite, fans from all over have been waiting with baited breath for his only sale of the year, which is finally happening this weekend in Hollywood.
Taking place at the James Perse Highland store (1128 Highland Avenue) this Saturday and Sunday, the sale will feature men's and women's samples and past-season pieces going for up to 70% off. Items from the designer's activewear brand, Yosemite, will be there, too. To keep shoppers replenished both days, coffee and smoothies will be served in the morning, DTLA's Guerrilla Tacos will hook up free tacos from 1 to 6pm, and cocktails and beverages will be served from noon 'til closing. There's also complimentary valet parking!
