LA-based edgy lifestyle brand Chrome Hearts has always marched to the beat of its own drum. Founded by multi-talented, Harley-riding craftsman Richard Stark and his designer/photographer wife Laurie Lynn, the biker apparel line-turned-luxe leathers, jewelry and accessories label is just as known for its don't-give-five-flying-expletives 'tude as its rock royalty clientele (Ozzy Osborne, Steven Tyler, Cher, etc.)
After being introduced to UK designer Gareth Pugh—by none other than Michèle Lamy, wife/biz partner of Rick Owens—it's not surprising that the Starks' fast friendship with the Brit avant garde wunderkind has resulted in a 14-piece collection of gloriously goth clothing, footwear and accessories.
As trade pub Business of Fashion reveals, the fashionably futuristic range will include a sterling silver bustier, architecturally-minded leather jackets, leather ankle boots (complete with silver dagger heels) and much more. If you've got frequent flyer miles and major dough to drop, the line will be available starting next January in Chrome Hearts' shop-in-shop at London department store Selfridges. Otherwise, expect to admire the pricey pieces Stateside on the husband-and-wife duo's musician/model daughter Jesse Jo.
