Big news for NYDJ. Apparel News reports that the LA-based denim line (full name: Not Your Daughter's Jeans) has just been sold to a New York investors group for $385 million. The deal officially closes in early January. "Revenues for the company this year are on track to be $200 million, with the company's biggest client being Nordstrom," says CAN. "The sale price was valued at seven times EBITDA, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization." Lest you forget, NYDJ is the top-selling women's denim brand at US department stores. [CAN; Previously]
