Big news for NYDJ. Apparel News reports that the LA-based denim line (full name: Not Your Daughter's Jeans) has just been sold to a New York investors group for $385 million. The deal officially closes in early January. "Revenues for the company this year are on track to be $200 million, with the company's biggest client being Nordstrom," says CAN. "The sale price was valued at seven times EBITDA, also known as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization."
